Very heavy in a good way These are NOT stationery knives. These are serious precision instruments. It takes no effort to carve a chicken, let alone anything else. Clean cuts and so easy to clean. I love these scissors!

I have only bought Changshan swedish knives which are amazing. I don't know if these are Swedish scissors or not, but so far they have lived up to the Changshan name. I wish I had had their knives and scissors years ago. Makes cooking a pleasure.

Compared to many supposedly good scissors I have owned, this is more than an overall quality improvement! Very good steel, incredibly easy to care for, precise cutting edge and play-free design. So glad I discovered them.

I don't think I've ever had good kitchen scissors before this one lol. They are incredibly sharp, I cut through pieces of cardboard with no resistance as if it were tissue paper! In addition, since they are disassembled, it is very easy to clean. Highly recommended.

Very nice quality! But they BUCK a lot for your BANG. I have other Cangshan products (butcher knife block and steak knife set) and highly recommend them. They are very good quality for the price. While these scissors are good enough, they don't have the same value. Personally, for that price, I could take them or leave them. PS: If you don't clean and dry them soon after use, the steel will stain and so will the knives (the price you pay for such great strong steel). .
