Generally good work boots. It took a few days of leg pain before it broke. After breaking, it is very comfortable. I chose to remove the thin footbed for the Timberland Pro insole which I purchased through Revain as the previous reviewer did. The included insole is of poor quality. Carhart could improve there. Like most work boots these were stiff and not very comfortable. They broke in after a few days and are as comfortable as any work boots I've worn. So much so that I sometimes forgot to take them off when I got home. These boots are durable and well constructed. All seams are double stitched and critical seams are triple stitched. They fit my husband as expected but wear a lot with limited use. It was a Christmas present for him so he only wore it for about 3 weeks and normally a good pair of boots starts to wear out after about 6 months. Not 3 weeks.
