Excellent edge to floor contact

Excellent edge to floor contact. It either lays flat or ends with a snap-grip, some reviewers left that option out in their ratings. Holds a 12" broom.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Huge gap. *Update* in Housewares section

Huge gap. I ordered it even though a lot of the reviews mentioned it ripped. I thought I would be lucky and get a good one. ************* Update 05/17/20: from 1 ⭐ to 4 I returned the first one and asked for an exchange. The second is perfect. I'm glad I traded it in but if it came back damaged again I wouldn't try it a third time and just buy from someone else.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Nothing

Very convenient and well thought out.

I was looking for a replacement for a large plastic dustpan when I found this one. I've only seen them on people sweeping movie theater or hotel lobbies so far and it's a very handy design, especially now that I'm old enough to bend down with ease, but straightening up is a bit. an effort. Ha. Large capacity so it can be used outdoors when needed or for heavier, dirtier jobs. It's made out of plastic, but the materials and design seem sturdy enough to handle whatever it's put to use. The handle

Makes more mess than it collects

Few things are "necessary" for a shovel to work, but an edge/leading edge flush with the flat ground it is used on is one of them. This shovel lacks that need. Received this item less than 24 hours ago and have just used it for the first time to sweep up the remains of a dead lightbulb. As I swept, I found that instead of small pieces staying on the ground in a line in front of the dustpan's edge (as you usually find), I noticed large and small pieces under the dustpan instead. on the ground…

Great features and price

For about $12 I got a rotating metal handle and a thick plastic scoop. No issues with the deformed edge, I got it flush with the floor. Big enough to be easy to manoeuvre, but short enough not to get in the way. The MAIN and most useful feature for me is the ability to fix the angle of the blade - does "rotate" mean in the description? For me, like basketball, that means spinning with a pivot. I had to leave the review to make sure it was what I wanted. Essentially, you can hold the dustpan's…

Efficient and scary

Aaaah, the incredibly long grip of fate. Behold the enemy, my dog's tormentor and sworn enemy. It's the most terrifying creature ever seen until Thor's terrified Wonder Muffin. For some reason he has a pathological fear of all things with handles - brooms, cornices on the floor in closets, floor steamers, wrapping paper - a complete nervous breakdown. Thor hates this guy. It's a shame, because this shovel is almost indestructible and is constantly in use in our garage and in the warehouse. He…
