Although the cover fits our 1960 Impala quite well, it is not fully waterproof. After the rain, the tarpaulin got wet under the double seam and there was condensation on the car. Not sure if we can use it.

Received this cover as a car for a 62 Impala that was temporarily stored outside until moved to the garage. The first rain when the car was completely under a canopy and the inside of the cloak got wet, and the car suffered major water damage. Don't buy this unless you have a new paint job anyway

By far the best car cover in each category that will meet and exceed your expectations. Excellent in every way and by far the best case I have ever bought and worth every penny. I currently have seven cases in my yard and this particular case will handle them all. It's so far ahead of the curve that it weighs as much as 3 of my current cases and has an outer layer that looks like synthetic seal/elephant skin!
