Fits great as described. Durable material that stands up to windy conditions, won't rip like cheap vinyl. Weather protection is unknown, I put 4 because I don't know how it works in very cold weather?

I've had a pannier for many years, very thin and compact. Little did I know when I bought it that it would be so thick and heavy, despite how it was described. I highly recommend this product. This is a great product for the price. If you're looking for a compact, the same company sells it for a little less.

I have a historic softtail that covers it perfectly, it's actually canvas like material, the water just drains off, fits the ground well, looks very nice, the bike is outside, and this cover holds it. dries even in a storm so worth the money, wish i found it years ago, lasts way longer than any other warranty!
