Disassembles easily Accessories

This is the third mop head I have received. Each broke after a few uses and a machine wash. They tear pretty quickly. It's time to switch to another brand.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

Fantastic value for a great mop.

Absorption is excellent, I like that my hands stay dry 😀 and my head can be washed. I wouldn't use any other kind. Replacement heads at an affordable price. Everything you would expect from a quality mop.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Functionality

Same complaint as everyone else

Love love love this mop but I had the same problem that all the other negative reviewers were talking about: The screed that keeps one end working is so dried up that it immediately burst and broke off. This renders the mop head useless unless you replace the screed (which I did). You didn't have to do it with a brand new thing.

Pros
  • Very good quality
Cons
  • Almost everything is there

The product may not be ORIGINAL!

Not sure how authentic this item was but the one I originally bought was from Target and it lasted a long time before I had to replace it. The connecting rod that is supposed to attach the mop head to the mop shaft broke within 2 weeks of use! I don't usually like leaving bad reviews like this, but I had no choice.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Long time

When you buy a mop, buy a replacement pad or two

So you can have it when the original mop head either wears out or needs to be put in the washing machine. Also, washing, detaching and reattaching instructions are supplied with both the twist mop and the replacement heads. So if the original mop instructions are lost, you have duplicate instructions on how to properly remove and replace the mop. Head with new clean filler.

Pros
  • Delightful
Cons
  • Reliable

Do not be fooled. This is not a touchless mop.

I wanted to love this mop. She was fat and she was supposed to do the job. A few things: you will have to struggle with the mop head to attach and detach. It's like playing Twister. So the usability was terrible. minus cleanliness. This mop cannot even be wrung out before it gets wet. We have vinyl floors and cannot use wet mops. That's what you get with it. Super wet floor. I had to use fans to dry the floor.

Pros
  • So far so good
Cons
  • Damaged

WASTE - DO NOT BUY: Replacement sponges

In theory this is a great mop but its quality is far from ideal. The thin top zipper snapped when I (carefully) changed the mop head per the tutorial video, rendering it virtually useless. Even when I hold the mop by the neck where the zipper broke, the cap that secures the top of the mop to the handle pops out every time I twist it to wring out the water. Every time I put it in the bucket I have to unscrew it and wring the mop very gently. Worst junk of all time. Buy something else.

Pros
  • Easily replaceable
Cons
  • So far so good

Excellent mop, cheap but workable attachment mechanism figured out

Failed to load media. The mop head is excellent. The process of fastening it with a zipper is ridiculous. Make sure you tighten it around the red part that slides up and down. You can thread your own large zip tie through there, but it's unacceptable if the mop is wet - don't let that happen. Just make sure the bottom of the mop head is attached to the red part - this is how you squeeze water out of the mop head. If you can, the mop works better than any other mop I've used. I don't have a…
