Reliable product on bedding

This is the picture when I open the box. The pillow expands very quickly without deforming. It has good neck support and thickness. If I sleep on it, I will have sweet dreams!

Zipper broke after 2

Update date 11/12/21 Zipper broke after 2 washes. I contacted the company, they don't just sell the cover. What now ? These are 2 pieces of styrofoam that won't stick together because the zipper broke and won't close. I got this pillow because my physical therapist told me to take it. I had knee surgery and for some reason my neck started to spasm. So I had to lie straighter and keep my neck straight. I have a 12" and can use either side slightly lower or higher. I use the bottom. Trying on a new pillow is like putting on glasses for the first time. You'll try and you'll be tempted to throw it across the room because it's different and uncomfortable. This adjustable foam pillow set is awesome! When it comes to the overall comfort it offers, it's incredible. I used to have a $200 pillow that I just couldn't sleep without and used for many years.
