This jacket was exactly what I was looking for! I'm in and out of the OR all the time and this jacket is warm enough. I'm 5ft 5in, 114lbs and this jacket fits my wrist and hips just right. I don't do other layers, but if you do I will probably increase the size depending on the thickness of the layer. My husband had a similar full zip champion jacket for years - he needed a new one. Luckily we found what we were looking for at AMAZON. We bought two different colors. This time we ordered from X-Large (his older one seemed small to him). He was VERY HAPPY - he likes them more than the old ones. Perfect for this fall weather and also for at home when winter comes!
