Not worth the money!

It was poorly packaged. When I received it it was already rusty. And the design of the handle was very bad! So unsuitable.

Pros
  • This product is a slicing knife, the front blade can be used for slicing, the rear one for slicing, its sharpness is not as good as that of the slicing knife, the handle is hand-polished, so the grip comfort of each product may not be for Recommended for users with high requirements.

Excellent product, the best among chef knives

Some rust on the surface but overall a great shredder. It came with a polished edge and only took a few minutes with a wire brush and file to get it perfect. A final coat of olive oil and you're done.

I love my knife! - Kitchen and dining room

This knife is my favorite! It's so comfortable, a good weight and easy to sharpen and clean. I've used it for several things. I chopped bamboo, chopped chicken, pork and beef bones. It works so well. I love it!

Durable, not for the discerning

Great stuff. I had to do a few minor cosmetic tweaks (wash thoroughly, de-rust, file off a few solder nicks, sharpen to my liking, oil) but I love doing that sort of thing. That's cool for the money. I am happy with my purchase.
