Not bad, not bad at all.

I bought this item by mistake. I've just been through annoying connection issues with Skype over Comcast Cable Internet for a week. Afternoons/evenings always seemed to be the worst, and I wondered if Comcast's network configuration (where I share bandwidth with my neighbors) might be contributing to the problem. Yes, I know the same thing happens with cell phone towers, but when I received a postcard from Clear advertising their 4G service for $34.95 (and up) on the adorable spot Voyager, I…

Works well. Just not everywhere.

Check clear.com to see if service is available in your area before purchasing. The maps are fairly accurate, but the fringes may need some tweaking to find the sweet spot. The speeds are good. I can usually download around 4 Mbps. I've seen faster and slower but that's average. The download speed is capped at 1Mbps, so that's the maximum you'll get. At vulnerabilities, download speed is affected more than upload speed. The router is versatile and stable. Wi-Fi range is also good (choose short…

I love it. Better than my original model

I bought a blank unit when the company was just starting out, maybe two years ago maybe three. I dropped my device and it never worked well again. The signals were difficult to find, so I had to place them in strange places. So, after a lot of persistence in buying a new one, I finally broke down and did just that. Well, I can pick up signals in the tightest of spaces, so that tells me it has a strong antenna to pick up signals. It's cute and I love the light on it. The purchase is worthwhile…

good web products

I used the transparent stick atlas as an internet resource. After switching to Clearspot Voyager, connection and download speeds are much faster. I've heard they don't have coverage in many places I'm at, I have a good connection. I stream Netflix a lot and no longer have to wait for movies to download, they are available almost immediately. Not only faster speeds, but I can now connect my TVs and gaming systems over Wi-Fi. In my opinion, this product is exceptional among other internet…

Too early to tell, but so far so good!

Me and that because my first Clear device suddenly failed. Clear was not helpful in resolving the issue and troubleshooting, the support team was not helpful. I had to resort to buying a new device. However, this new device arrived quickly and setup was quick and easy. I've used it in Baltimore and New York. It even picks up a signal when I ride the LIRR from Long Island to Manhattan! The signal is uneven in rural areas between states (I don't care, of course the signal gets bad!), but it works
