Small roll of tape. It looks like someone took the pipe, wrapped a two-inch strip of duct tape around it, and repackaged it.

you get what you pay for. A nice neat roll of medical tape that doesn't take time to wrap neatly. I would assume it is hygienic having seen "medical tape" and packaged but I could be wrong. You can craft it yourself for specific purposes, but I think it's worth the extra money if it comes in a first aid kit.

I don't normally write reviews but felt the need to. It's a small roll of 2 inch duct tape wrapped around a cut piece of the body of a ballpoint pen. When I look at the picture, it really does look like duct tape, so I don't feel "cheated" in any way. It's actually pretty much the same method of wearing the 100 mile tape I used when unfolding (wrapping about 5-10 feet around a cheap ballpoint pen).
