I love these slippers, I'm on here to order another pair because I forgot mine in my car in NC heat for 24 hours. When I went to put them on after I found them in my car I couldn't even get my foot in them unless I forced it then my heel hung over a good inch. VERY STRANGE. But the unshrunk product I just love. So I am purchasing the same pair and they will not be forgotten in the car for now on. took one star away for heat shrinkage :)
