Bought this little iron with wool mat and silicone stand to use while quilting. The heavy regular iron hurt my arms and shoulders, but this lightweight iron is perfect! Switched to almost 3 point setting for the clap and it worked great. It sits very stable on the feet and I like the color. ;) I haven't tried the steam function yet.

I first tried this iron at a sewing show and was amazed at how easy it was to use with my ailing health. I have tried other small irons and they were too bulky and much more expensive. This is ideal for hand sewing when ironing is required after each step. I just put it on the table next to the chair with the ironing mat. I am very happy.

I needed a small iron for sewing and many have an auto shut off. Not what you need when sewing! This iron is perfect because it stays on, no auto shut off. It's lightweight and the outsole glides beautifully over the fabric. Heats up sufficiently, the steam function works well. I needed to iron a shirt and this little iron did a great job, especially on the back yoke area. It worked better than my full size iron. Definitely a good buy.

This is the most handy tool in my sewing shop. Along with my converted TV ironing board, I can iron blocks and quilt strips on the go. The iron has an adjustable thermostat, but for cotton and fleece I set it to 3/4 of the maximum. The iron never turns off like those horrible irons that auto shut off after 5 or 10 minutes. I bought this iron to use next to my sewing machine along with one of those 12 x 12 square mats that are used with vinyl transfer machines. Heats up quickly and doesn't take up much space. It's not as powerful as my regular iron, but when I use steam it gets the job done.
