I was looking for this product as a cheaper alternative to the Pinch Me therapy test. Unfortunately, while this putty smells great, it's so hard and stretchy that it's hardly therapeutic unless you're using it to tone your arms or forearms. I would not recommend it for a calming use.

I bought this scented paste for my students (high school students) to manipulate during class. They LOVE it and beg to use it every damn day. I knead it in class too! Everyone has a smell, although I don't care about eucalyptus or tea tree. Lemongrass, grapefruit, and coconut are everyone's favorites, and I love cinnamon. I highly recommend it if you like playing with slime/putty and like sniffing things!

I thought the putty looked small for the amount paid. But one day in the classroom I realized that this is the ideal amount for a third grader. A hit with kids! Excellent fidget for class. Additionally, the containers fit in the palm of your hand and come in a variety of designs that offer texture input for hands or putty imprints. Smells leave marks on hands, so children loved sniffing their hands after the putty was removed. Double the pleasure!

I have never used these products but now I am hooked! I have ordered from several brands but this is by far the best. Not too soft after my hands warmed it up, like Thinking Putty Crazy Aaron (that was the first one I tried). The smell is quite pleasant, but not overpowering, it lingers on my hands a bit, but I like scents (except for coconut, but I don't like that smell at all). I don't write many reviews but thought I should give you some information about Crayola Aroma Putty. For starters, this is NOT Silly Putty. It's not a scent sensation. I was hoping for something that smelled like my candles or candle wax. Had not. The smell is more like Crayola Play-Doh with a slight smell of something. So first of all, every one of them fucks Fort Knox when you try to open them for the first time. Each container has a screw cap, but I had to pry them open with both hands to open them the first time. Once you open it up and you can scrape all the goo off the top of the screw, you're done. They don't smell like aromatic oils, they smell like a mixture of aromatic oils and stupid putty. Some scents seem to fit or read better than others. There was an error initially when I received 2 or 3 containers of the same fragrance, but the seller completely replaced the order with all 6 fragrances in the range at no additional cost and without having to return those already received.
