👗 Danskin Girls Leotard Petal: The Perfect Intermediate Girls' Clothing Review

This was perfect for my daughter's dance recital. She was dying to take it off afterwards, but that's probably because she's not used to such tight clothing. My baby is very slim so I'm not sure how he will sit on a stockier physique.

Very nice fabric and cut. According to the Danskin website my daughter is a toddler size but I ordered her a small size because that was all that was available. The little one fits perfectly out of the box and I'll probably just dry it, a child size would probably be too small. So I recommend getting a size up as it's a nice thick cotton fabric that doesn't stretch very much.

I bought this size 8-10 for my average height 5 year old daughter as I know dancewear tends to run small. It was wide enough for her but too short for her torso. She is of course not above average for a 5 year old child, especially for an 8-10 year old child. The sizes are just ridiculous. Came back, obviously. I gave 2 stars because the quality seemed good. But I will not order a size 12 swimsuit for my preschooler. That's absurd.

Incredible stuff; heavy, soft and silky but a very pretty pastel pink. I love the stylish high neckline in the front and the cleavage in the back. My twin granddaughters in heaven mix and match little dance skirts, tights and leggings for ballet and tap dancing. They are four years old and not identical (including height, weight and build), but the recommended sizes for their age group work perfectly.

Very nice cotton swimsuit. As others have said, they run small. I ordered 6x for my 3 ½ year old. She is about 40 inches tall and weighs 32 pounds and we wear 4T in most of her dresses although she still wears some 2T swimsuits and the 4T swimsuit is still too loose. I haven't put it on her yet but compared to other tight swimsuits I think it will still be too loose for her. I think a size smaller would be ideal but I think she would outgrow it quickly too so I don't mind wearing that size for…
