Very handy when you want to add a little curl or waves to straight hair like I did for my daughter. I use them myself to further straighten my overly curly hair. Sounds weird but my hair is long and curly so when I wash my head at night, towel dry and put lots of it on those curlers, leave it on while I sleep. wake up, take them out and my hair will be less frizzy. I don't like completely straightening them or using a blow dryer as they look frizzy, they are so easy to use and they aren't too…

I only buy two bags of these products and there is a big square, awkward. And it collapses. You will see a wire sticking out. No, I would NOT recommend. I wish I had kept the packaging and it was worth sending it back to get my money back! I hate giving bad reviews. But the wire comes out. And I curled my hair loosely etc. Cheaply made, cheap material. I buy another brand and they are much better made and more comfortable to sleep in. I like that these fonts dry out the hair or break the hair cuticle. I like that they are soft and stay in place while I sleep. I HATE that when my hair is slightly damp it soils all my white sheets. No Bueno. I bought white ones but they fade quickly and satin isn't as smooth. But don't think it matters. The seams will open no matter what brand/color you buy. I just throw them away and replace them when they're too worn.

Creates natural curls without frizz or damage. The curls last longer than when I use foam rollers and they hold even when I don't use the product. I avoid exposing my hair to heat, so heated curling irons or rollers are not suitable for me. I have never received so many compliments as after using these satin hair curlers. Not impressed. It's hard to get curls right. It's difficult to get them to stay on the hair just above the shoulders. One of the seams on the roll was broken (torn or unsewn) on arrival so quality control is poor but likely so are sweatshop conditions.
