It has all the features you would expect from a DMM. The gate opens well and this carabiner fits the Pinto Pully very well (many carabiners are too small). The first time I was able to use it was working on a 10/12 roof as part of a horizontal lifeline, but it will be incorporated into my standard tree climbing setup once I'm done with this project.

Overall I really like the smooth receiver feel and action of this rifle. It took some practice before I could open them with one hand, but they are easy to use. Shortly after I received them, one of them didn't close automatically. It didn't get caught on a ridge and the spring felt good. It struck when I barely touched it, but as soon as I could reproduce it (after quite a bit of fiddling). After that it worked perfectly.
