I bought two of these and they both lasted less than two months. The 220V to 110V conversion function stopped working both times, leaving the item as a $50 power strip for overseas 220V appliances. In no case was my warranty, which I paid extra for, covered by the manufacturer or noted by Revain. I just got a message pointing fingers at each other.

This is a nice looking unit that has everything you need for international travel. However, after testing the actual 240V to 120V conversion that he claims does, I found this to be incorrect. Like the other reviewer, my unit only supplies about 80 volts, which is only 66% of the advertised 120 volts that power all electrical equipment in the US, which can damage many electronic devices. I'm not sure I'm really going to use this for that reason. Very nice set but it should work as advertised.

The converter worked very well with my hair dryer in EUROPE. The handy carry case was great as it could hold USB and other cables as well as the DOACE itself. Better than a simple charger! This device can convert electricity from 220V to 110V, making it safe to charge/use an American device such as a 120V hair dryer. The adapter only allows you to plug the device into an outlet and does not reduce the voltage. If your device is unable to convert energy internally, it will be destroyed.

I like the flag detail on it, impossible to lose it, can't be confused with someone else's, it can be used with 220-240V, so it can be used anywhere.
