Would definitely recommend them to anyone with kids

Would definitely recommend them to anyone with big or small kids. I've seen videos online where a child could have choked to death if their mother hadn't noticed they were hanging from the ropes. The same day I made this purchase and I'm so glad I did. They are easy to use and keep blind cords out of my 3 year old's reach. Thanks to this product I now have peace of mind. Will definitely buy them again! They come in packs of 2 and I ordered 12 total which was more than enough for my whole house.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled

Almost perfect for protecting prying hands from danger

I bought these to prevent my little one from pulling the cords on our low set blinds and they really do fit the bill. They were easy to install and inexpensive (important considering I had to buy May), but most importantly, the cord was out of the reach of prying little hands. Catcher up and down the line. Most of the time we pull the blinds down to keep the cord out of reach and that's not a problem. But when we open the blinds, the cable catcher drops low enough to fiddle with, and I wish…

We used these in our previous home and are now using them in our new home. Our windows are 96 inches high so the cords on our blinds are quite long. We keep the cords off the floor sooner and this also saves us from fitting the plastic cords supplied by the blind manufacturer. It's very easy. You separate the two halves and insert the cord into the spindle on the inside of the larger half, then put the two halves back together making sure the cord goes through the holes on either side. You then

What I like about it is its simple and functional design.

I bought this item to fix the cords of the blinds in the children's room. What I love about it is the simple and functional design and the fact that I don't have to drill holes in the walls to attach the cables. What I didn't like is that it doesn't hold a lot of cord. My cords are a standard length of about 4 feet and when I turned around to fit this unit I had about a foot of cord left. I solved this problem by cutting about 2 feet of the cable and trimming the cable first before attaching it

Pros
  • Cool

  • Almost everything is fine

Great for hiding cords from my cat

I use it to make my cat less likely to find it interesting and start climbing my blinds. I tried different ways to hide the blind cords on the window wall. I've considered the style of the spikes but it still requires them to be fixed to the wall (not great for an apartment) and that would mean they would still be visible which my cat would p- probably remain curious about would do about her. And since I only have two sides for all three panels, this doesn't work for the middle panel. This…
