Powder comes out when squeezed

I really liked these juggling balls at first while trying to learn them. However, after practicing for a few hours for 2-3 days, I noticed my hands were getting dusty after using it. I shrugged, thinking it was a by-product of the vinyl sleeve. Over time, I noticed that powder and dust flew out from under the seams on a black background when it was pressed together. I don't know why there is this fine powder of plastic granules supposedly filling the inside. Very disappointed after such a…

Cheap and leaking not to buy

I have been juggling for many years and when my niece and nephew started learning I bought 3 sets. movement, storage and misuse. These looked the same. Wow, I was wrong. A set licked dust from the first throw and catch. Each sphere was filled to varying degrees and most leaked and/or cracked so much dust that in a short time 3 out of 9 spheres were left btw I was there the whole time and the spheres were not abused. no misuse at all cheap cheap cheap. Don't buy them.

Be a juggler! in juggling sets

Well back in the 1960's my best friend Wayne was into juggling and "magic". Wayne helped me get started juggling and it was a regular in high school and college. We used regular rubber balls and bats. It was a skill that would develop over the years and would entertain my daughters. Wayne is gone, but the memories remain. I wanted to see if I still have "this". The weight of these balls is large and will not bounce when dropped. I just wish they were a little bigger for my hands. The balls are…

Microscopic white balls EVERYWHERE.

Good juggling balls at first sight, but I bought them for juggling beginners. This means they have been dropped. A lot of. After about a week of use, we noticed clouds of white dust coming off the balls as they hit the ground. And then we found that our entire floor was covered in tiny white spots - the stuffing for balloons. Every time the ball hit the ground, about 20 of those white dots landed. It was a cleaning nightmare. Everyone in the family had these white spots on their legs, on their…

Best practice tool for beginners

Like many people, I have chosen to use isolation as an opportunity to learn new skills. Juggling seemed promising as skills in manual dexterity, coordination and three-dimensional vision would have a significant knock-on effect. These days, of course, you can find tutorials on YouTube for almost anything you want to know. But without the right training tools, you'll never master the skills. These juggling balls come in a tube like tennis balls. At first they are roughly cubic, but with their…
