I've been using these brushes for a month and I love them! I use the SHADE tip to apply my base color; DEFINE Tip for coloring the eyelids, the lash line and the crease. As an alternative to eyeliner, you can use the DEFINE Tip with eye shadow. I use the BLEND tip to blend out the base coat and corner color. Didn't think I had them. Good brushes but they need to be laid flat. They can't be stuffed into a mug or holdall, so they sit on my dresser, challenging my sense of order and cleanliness. That annoys me a little. I wouldn't buy the reversible design if they didn't come with a storage box/sheath or caps/brush cases. It depends on your preferences, but the design feature should be considered before purchasing.
