I bought this to wear to a baby shower and got a lot of compliments. I'm 5ft 9in, 145lbs, size 6 and bought the medium. Fits well, not too tight and not too loose. I feel like it can be worn up or down depending on the accessory. I like that there are pockets. I saw reviews from others that it was a bit see through so I just slipped a nude bodysuit underneath and it worked great. I feel like wearing a jumpsuit makes it more expensive too. I would recommend it!

I do not agree with going up a size if you are going for the look that the dress was designed to be form fitting and flattering. If you have areas that you want to "hide," choose a different dress. I'm a small size and I regret taking the medium size. I'll be back and get a small one because it's a really nice fabric and a great fitting dress! The plus size has too much folded fabric and the plus size actually makes my "problem areas" more visible. Get the first shape to smooth out your "rolls"
