Great educational toy, my grandson loves drilling as much as his dad!

I bought this for my grandson. It seems to be of great quality but no batteries are included and my son and I couldn't unscrew the battery door, we ended up opening the door and screwing in a slightly larger screw but the drill has a hard time getting the screws in - I'm really disappointed lol

Pros
  • Decent performance

Very disappointed with training and education

Bought this earlier this summer to save money as a potty training reward. Just got out of the returns window and we used it for the first time today and the drill doesn't work. It looks like there is a small metal object in the battery compartment and it doesn't work. This could have been a great educational toy, but now I'm stuck.

Great idea, the drill never worked. Happy hand screwdriver

Pictures, board, screws and a hand screwdriver - everything was fine. boys live to play with him. It takes some time to manually tighten all the screws and then take them out to switch pictures. The kids get fed up with it quickly. 5 year old grandson loved it but was "sad" he couldn't use the drill which never worked. You need AAA batteries and a very, very small screwdriver to put them in.

Perfect fine motor tool

I bought this and a pattern for my PreK class. First, the box it comes in is amazing. Inside are 10 frames and a set of tracing paper in alphabetical order. Sample cards all have 26 letters and numbers. We used it in our class and it keeps the kids busy. Now that I have two boards I can easily use them in central time. The only problem I had was tightening the battery. It took some effort to keep the door closed by tightening the screw. Otherwise it holds up well when used hard in a class.

  • Great for me

Love the concept and design BUT TERRIBLE drill quality!

Great concept and very cute BUT TERRIBLE QUALITY drills! I ordered it and it broke (carefully) 5 minutes after using it. I ordered a replacement and they sent it with no problems. And the second workout did EXACTLY THE SAME! It broke on the second use (gentle and careful use!). I wish they would make a higher and better quality drill because we love the toy and the concept, but unfortunately the drill is the key tool in the game and it's the only thing that wasn't. done with integrity! So…

Favourite toy! for learning and learning

My daughter loves these toys and I have to say I really enjoy playing with them too. The kid-friendly drill works and your child can use it to insert the "bolts" and use the reverse button to remove them. As much as my daughter loves the drill, she also loves the screwdriver. I love that the activity cards are helping my daughter learn the numbers 1-10 and the 26 letters of the alphabet. She loves matching bolt colors with mission cards. Great educational toy and gift for kids. This is not a…

Battery compartment issues

Love everything about it, my 4 year old is very busy, he loves to 'use tools' so a working drill is even better. When I received the product, I opened the manual to find the battery installation page and followed all the instructions. These batteries somehow didn't fit, no matter how hard I tried I couldn't close the compartment door to screw it back in, I ended up pushing it back in and it worked the full five minutes. just stopped, nothing, even with new battery packs. I thought I got the…
