The best material for roofs.

Used to attach coax and ethernet cables to the roof of my RV. Holds tight when you need to drill cable clamps into the roof. It's not easy to change position, but that would defeat its purpose!

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Best RV Roof Seal

Incredible tape! I sealed all the seams and fittings on the roof of my caravan after struggling with a sticky sealer that has a bald head on the front and has to be reapplied every year. Put it on and forget it. I had enough for everything except the conditioner so I ordered a short roll.

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • Negative impression

The most important thing is to clean the area to be repaired.

Works great! We have a very old awning and it keeps falling apart, we sewed it together many times. This time we used tape. A branch fell over recently, even though they didn't have time to fix the canopy at all. It was quick and easy and so far no problems. The renovation is long overdue.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Little things

Long-lasting and incredible adhesion!

Last year I discovered a broken skylight over the shower in a camper van. I was at the field camping at the time and was with another couple. My friend had this roll so I borrowed it and used it on the broken cover. A year later I replaced it and to my surprise everything was as I left it. No sun damage, no moisture, and the tape was still stuck to the wall when I applied it. This is great thing!

  • Price
Cons
  • Only available in black

Does not hold up well when used as intended.

Does not adhere well to cleaned surfaces. Because of this, fiberglass and rubber roofing oxidize. However, what does the manufacturer expect you to use this tape for? A brand new trailer roof? If you've tried sealing the crack with sealant, it won't stick to it either. I'm sure it will work very well on a new, very clean roof. He's very sticky. It is difficult to work with as the protective tape tears easily and if the tape sticks to itself then you are done.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Saved us thousands of dollars

We had our chimney removed a few years ago and the metal patch around the screw holes broke. We tried sealant but it was still raining. All the contractors said the entire roof needed to be replaced and it would cost thousands of dollars. We have a metal roof for the whole house. I got this and sent my husband, who wasn't a handyman, up the stairs. He covered the edges of the square where the chimney had been patched with another sheet of roofing. We've had a lot of rain since then and it's not

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Frequency

Spend more and get a 50ft roll!

I ordered a 50ft roll and it wasn't enough for a trailer roof that I was repairing. I needed about 14ft more to complete the job so I ordered a 20ft roll. I wish I could just order another 50ft roll because it was so much nicer to work with. The 50ft roll comes in a cardboard tube and is in much better condition. The 20ft roll has no tube and simply rolls up. The 20ft roll became an elongated shape, the paper they put on either side crashed into the roll. It was almost impossible to remove as…

  • Good product for the price
