For ALL stains!

If you have a baseball player in white pants (I'm sure a man chose white pants, no offense), this is a MUST. You can soak your pants for days and still have stains. It's all going to happen. I use a soft toothbrush to keep the fabric from rolling. The rod lasts for several months. Also, getting rid of blood (aka proof) is probably really good. Just give yourself enough time to clean (and dry) before calling 911. That's the key. It's just something I've thought about from head to toe. Not based…

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Not fashionable

Do not use for homemade detergent!

Do not use this product to make your own laundry detergent. We've done this and while it's cleaning clothes it clogs our drain line with soap build-up (our washing machine is in the basement and drains into a sink). I've even used a wire mesh lint trap with a nylon stocking over it. It is guaranteed that the villi will not go down the drain. Soaps and detergents are based on a lot of science and since we switched back to detergents we no longer have clogs while using our homemade soap our line…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence

  • Disappears

Now I believe advertising!

I've read a lot about Fels-Naptha but never got around to buying and trying it. Then I got a very stubborn stain and was desperately trying to remove it and thought it was worth $6 to try and I'm so glad I did! Soap washes fabrics so clean and I think hand washing with a washing machine makes things whiter than using my washing machine with regular detergent. It also smells very good. I was a little worried about this as I'm allergic to Balsam from Peru, an ingredient in many "natural smelling"

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not automatic
