I really liked the original Flawless hair mask. In fact, I was devastated when it was pulled from the market. This was one of the few deep conditioning products that noticeably softened my hair. So I was very excited when the line came back, except the new formula is terrible. I can't smooth it on my hair. The hair is then tangled, brittle and very dull. I don't put lotion on my hair either. I'm glad I bought this bag and not the whole bottle. My hair didn't like it. I found it ironic that the mask conditioner dries out the skin so much. I have followed the instructions. After that, my hair became dry and brittle. I gave it to a friend with a different hair texture than mine and she said it dries her hair. I was disappointed with this brand's products that I tried because I like supporting POC brands. Out of the three products I tried, none of them liked my hair.
