Bought a little less than a year ago as a Christmas present for my husband. Three months later, the material was torn apart by lightning. Now the carrying handle is broken off the D-ring. My husband is a private pilot so usage is minimal compared to commercial pilots. My husband really liked the bag and is very disappointed in the durability. I will not buy another.

Nice case, a little big for general use but handy for a full size laptop and a second set of phones. Very disappointed that the FIRST time I used the bag caught on something behind my seat in the Cirrus SR20 that I was flying and broke. One of the zippers also got caught in the lining that wasn't sewn on properly. That's longevity for you. Maybe it was a defect in the fabric, but I give 1 star for that.

Love everything about this flight bag except the cheap foreign design. One of the zipper pulls fell off the first day and while it's frustrating I still use it every day and it's perfect for what I need. Holds my full size headset great (don't know what other people are complaining about), water bottle holder on the side is only for small water bottles (which I actually use for my sunglass case), lots of pockets inside. This is a good bag but at this price ($165) I expect a little more. From the outside, it makes a fairly robust impression. Steel cables in the handles are comfortable to the touch. inside the problem. The materials used in the interior are not quite what I expect at this price level. The mesh feels cheap, as does the felt padding. I'm afraid these will be the first components I'll fail. It would be a near-perfect bag for about 50% of the current price considering what you get for your money.
