Very beautiful and spectacular but thin and delicate

It bakes well but I only bake in glass so it's useful. If only it weren't so thin that I didn't feel the need to handle it with great delicacy. This is good quality.

Pros
  • Good assembly
Cons
  • I don't remember

Beautiful glass casserole dish

So light but strong and beautiful. I baked a beautiful cake. I had to bake the cake a little longer than the recipe says, but I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the pan. I don't know what the one who said it can only be used up to 300 degrees is talking about. There is no such restriction. I also bought a smaller size. LOVE that it's glass so no chemicals.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Long wait

A little pricey but good Frying pan

Yes, this frying pan is thin and light but seems to work great. It looks small at first glance, but I've baked a regular 15-ounce cake mix in it with no problem. I used a store bought nonstick cooking spray. As another user pointed out, the center tube is slightly higher than the bowl, making it a bit difficult to set the plate on and turn it over, but I managed it without too much trouble once it had cooled completely and the cake came out easily . Just follow the care instructions on the…

After 2 tests I'm still not sure about the quality

I bought this pan because my cake got stuck in my other tall pan. The first cake I tried I didn't change the baking time or temperature and it came out easily and nicely, but the inner circle was very light. When I cut the cake, it looked undercooked in the middle out. The second time I lowered the temperature and increased the bake time, left for 30 minutes and checked frequently after that. After about 2 hours and 40 minutes (I started at 1.5 hours) the sides and bottom were too dark (even…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not as good as advertised

Easy frying pan, nice frying pan, nice browned cakes!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this pan is! I saw it recommended on the blog. I love to bake, but haven't had much luck with skillets. They work for a while, and then some kind of coating on them starts to peel off. Or they are so thin that they don't brown evenly. It's a pleasure! Tans perfectly. Also super light. Feels like plastic, so light. My mother actually calls it "pretty pot". It's really beautiful. It is also easy to store as it is very light. Warning, it looks small but holds

Pros
  • Stable results when tested
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

I love this item best in bakeware

I love this item. Its weight is a lot lighter than I thought. Although honestly I wasn't sure how it would be as this is my first glass cake pan. I baked a cake in it the same day. I've found what people say about glass to be true, it produces more consistent baked goods, but you need to lower the baking temperature of the cake by about 25 degrees or the "bottom" which is the top will be out during cooking too hot. dark because glass takes longer to heat up than aluminum pans. BUT that's just…

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • old

Safe and delicious baking

I am very happy with my large Simax glass pan. It was worth waiting for it to be back in stock. The pan is quite thin and delicate, so I handle it very carefully. It's definitely NOT Pyrex. I'm amazed he managed to get to my house without breaking. The seller has packed well. The first time I baked I oiled the pan heavily because I was afraid the cake would stick. Luckily he slipped out. Next time I will try the canola oil spray. The pastries turned out beautiful and even too much. However…
