I'm 5ft 3in and about 110-115lbs, I ordered a small model to use as pajama bottoms. They were a little tight on the leg at first but fitted the waist perfectly and the length was ok. After wearing them for a while, my legs relaxed a bit. I love them as pajamas and wear them under jogging pants in the winter to walk my dog, they're not super skinny but I wouldn't wear them as pants in public.

I needed something thicker than tights but light enough to fit under my work pants and jeans without rolling down. They keep my feet warm and comfortable enough to wear for a 15 hour shift. Will get more.
