To be clear, this is definitely NOT a dress. This is a sweater with a short "skirt" in the length of the pack. Ordered this for our young daughter who still wears 3T despite being over 4 years old. I ordered a size 4T/5T (120) just in case, but it was still too small. I had to go back and order a different size; 5/6T (130) which fit much better.
