Worked great on a 2011 Avalanche

The price quoted is the best I could find while still remaining authentic. Beware of sellers on eBay where they paint $4 black flies with gold body paint and then sell them for $30. The most important scam to avoid. Pay for a real emblem and don't regret it later.

Pros
  • . Sleek design

fits perfectly and looks great. The real problem was how to remove the ond. After several attempts and several hours of searching videos on You Tube, I finally figured it out. It took a 10 head and small hands to fit in the small space behind bars. The actual change took about 10 minutes.

and if it fits perfectly. Screws not included

The Suburban wife's badge has started to flood the crack over the last 4-5 years and a recent trip to the car wash ripped the front end off completely. buy a new one and if it fits perfectly. The screws were not included so be careful not to damage the old ones when removing them from the old emblem. The screw was 10 mm deep.

Doesn't stick well Badges

Very very disappointed with it. I suspect it's due to the age of the inventory, but the emblem itself only lasted less than a month before hitting the freeway. I'm pretty sure it's not an installation issue as the adhesive pad is still stuck to the car. That is, the emblem itself detached from the adhesive pad attached at the factory. Reference photo showing the adhesive pad still attached to the grille. In short, a waste of $80.

  • Quality finish

  • Some small things

Proceed with caution

The first review I've written about Revain in over 10 years as a Prime member. I've installed two of these on the same Suburban in the last two months. The first fell off about 30 days after application. I figured I might have done something wrong so I spent another $75 and ordered another one. He installed it and it took less than 24 hours. I would like the seller to refund me for one of them and/or send me another one to try on as the truck looks ridiculous without it. I would use epoxy next…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Not a complete match with the original.

Loved the design of the original factory fitted part - gold foil behind a clear plastic protective cover. This item is a painted gold finish only and if it doesn't have actual gold flakes in the paint, which I'm pretty sure, I find it overpriced for the quality of finish. If the design were the same as the factory part, I think the price would be more (but still not quite) justified. Disappointed that the "Original" part does not match or exceed the specifications of the original in appearance…
