I like these things very much. I've been using it on my 2 month old daughter since she was born. As soon as it starts to blush even a little, I put a little on top and it goes away quickly. We haven't had a fully grown diaper rash yet. It works very well and although expensive it looks like it will last quite a while for me since I don't use it all the time. I would buy this again.
