Nice shirts but run very small

Bought these so my daughters could make fun shirts using tie dye. I like the shape and quality but they run small. I have XL for my 14 year old and L for my 12 year old. Both girls are small to medium sized. I will be returning the oversized shirts (too small for a 12 year old) and keeping them in size XL. Size XL is for 14-16 year olds but I would say it fits 12-13 year olds better.

Pros
  • Fits me great
Cons
  • No instructions

Fits well, washes well

This t-shirt was a nice weight and feel. The neckline and sleeves were feminine, which my daughter loved. We bought them to wear under sundresses and to dye ties. Wash well, no shrinkage. They are thin on the torso but as my daughter is slim we had no problem but if your child has a broad torso or small tummy they can fit snugly. Also note that the pink hem in the neck tape is visible from the outside of the shirt.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Very expensive

Quality and size

We wanted to make tie dye shirts and they worked great. They are soft and the color is beautiful. But I'm sorry I didn't check the shirts before we put them on. The seam on one sleeve was not sewn properly and I noticed a hole when my daughter wore it. I had to undo about 2 inches of the seam to fix it. (The first photo is before the seam opens and the second shows how much I had to unbutton) The size is another matter. It says the average is a size 7/8 but my daughter fits like a 6. It fits…

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
