50 amp connector 30 amp cord

I bought this 50 amp cord for my van but when I got it the gauge of the cord was a 30A quality cable. This cable will overheat and could be potentially dangerous if you're using two air conditioners and TVs, a refrigerator, and lights in an RV. Sent back as soon as I saw the quality of the cable.

Best advice, do not save

The product was exactly what I ordered. But the cable/wire is not thick enough to move 220v/50amp adequately, I don't think so. I never had any trouble plugging my RV around my house until I moved my RV further and used this cable. This caused 2 surges which damaged the TV and 3 sockets which I now need to replace. Best advice, don't go cheap.

This cable works great if you only have 50 amps of power due to a second air conditioner.

This cable works great. If you have a 50 amp service because you have a second air conditioner, this cable will work for you. If you have an AC unit it will all run on the same 30 amp circuit. This cable gives you two 30A circuits (minimum (10 AWG wire rated at 30A)) when connected to a 50A plug. That's twice the capacity.
