Broken before arrival

It was broken upon arrival. I bought it especially for moving. I didn't read carefully enough to notice that it required assembly (however, some buyers said it was fully assembled). When it arrived it was disassembled and I had already packed all my tools. In the end I didn't use it at all, just packed it for the move. Now I assemble it and notice that the plastic parts are broken in several places. Of course, that's outside the return period, so I don't have the money. PLEASE CHECK THIS…

Works well. A bit bulky. But I had.

Works well. A bit bulky. But I had a lot of weight on it and it worked well. Although it's made of plastic, it's very durable. It's thick, durable plastic. An aluminum hand truck of the same quality costs $500-600. This is part of the price. I'm a fat guy. I am over 350 pounds. I sat on it (in the form of a cart) and my girlfriend pushed me to check. She could easily move me around the house. The carriage has not bent, bent or broken. In fact, I don't even remember him bending. He seemed hard…

Sturdy, light and well made

I've just moved and need a handcart. I bought this caravan and am very happy with it. It is extremely easy to assemble and takes only a few minutes from opening the box to being up and running. The truck was transporting a refrigerator, a washer and dryer, as well as tables, sofas, dressers, and various other household items. The main body is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic and is very rigid. As an added bonus, it's a bit slippery which helped lower the truck down the stairs onto my…

Good luck with the apartment conversion - just take the full-wheel version

So 1 star pays off for my efforts - just when it was important to me to have this truck "at hand". I should have just inflated the tire and done it before use to avoid this hassle. I never leave negative feedback; Before my sweat dries though, I thought I'd warn people to get the flat-free version. Mine came with a small hole that I noticed too late (obviously I'm not the only one affected). The wheel diameter is so small and the rubber so thick that I found it almost impossible to "stretch"…

Large Hand Truck - Cart and Upright

I just moved into a new house and needed urgent help moving boxes. I rented a cart in Uhaul when I was unloading my camp, but I needed it at home all the time. I chose this one for its dual use (upright and trolley), 700lb load capacity, and rubber wheels. This item is very durable and easy to use. Outstanding versatility and maneuverability. Haven't tried it on stairs (the house has an elevator), looks like it works fine and doesn't do any harm. Pros: - Lightweight - Durable - 700 lb capacity…

Harper shipped intentionally damaged US-made handcart

Received my Harper hand truck today. I was pleased to know that I was buying "Made in America". I'm always proud to support our homemade products and businesses. Today, however, Harper disappointed me. They sent me a damaged handcart on purpose. The wagon arrived in a perfect, undamaged box. I opened the box and saw that everything was well packed. Proceed to assemble the handcart according to the instructions. Everything seemed simple and easy to assemble parts. However, as I prepared to add…

3 3/4 stars. Functionally inexpensive.

Have used this a few times in each configuration so far. As a handcart, I find the tires a bit soft. We transported 10 boxes of 17# each as a sack truck. The wheels looked visually and functionally burdened with a heavy load. I used this hand truck right out of the box so I may need to check my tire pressure. Rating 700 pounds. At 170 pounds, that's well below the advertised rating. As a four-wheeled carriage, it was much better. 16 boxes loaded with no problems. The weight distribution on 4…
