It's simple; strong wind will move it. The sound is below average. Functionality is ok, very basic which is cool. What I find very negative is that there is no headphone jack. There is an AUX IN on the side, but no headphone output. Building a portable CD player without a headphone jack defies logic. Most likely just returned for this reason. Bought as a present for my daughter. Been using it for about 2 weeks now, love it. The clay radiates loudly, she carries it outside while playing in the yard. My only complaint would be that I've noticed that I miss at times. All of their CDs are brand new, unscratched, and were opened the same day as the stereo when I noticed the gaps.
