When the box was opened nothing was separately wrapped or separated as if they had just taken a handful of pieces and thrown them in the box. which did not fit our projector at all. The product is extremely difficult to understand when assembling, even with YouTube videos. In the end I just connected it to whatever made the best logical sense. The product attached to the wall with the projector attached to the extension was unstable and appeared to be bending the metal joint that connects the extension to the wall mount. The projector was within its weight range and at its maximum weight. I couldn't leave the projector mounted without worrying it would be a safety issue…
