🗞️ Hero Arts Mounted Rubber Stamp - Newspaper Background, Woodblock Stamp Review

This is really not a review of the brand as such, just advice. I thought the print would be bigger - it's very small. I can't tell you the point size, but capital letters are 2mm high at best.

This brand was inexpensive and very versatile. I have used it to make impressions on clay and handmade paper, to ink on paper and even to make impressions on fondant icing and ceramic icing. It made a clear impression on every medium I've tried it with and is easy to clean up. I can't ask for more from a stamp

Hero Arts makes great stamps and this one is no exception. The block of wood, although large, is light and easy to handle. Can be applied well and makes a good impression. I used to make backgrounds for postcards when I couldn't find the right template paper. Add some color blocking to add interest. I even used it by cutting out the die cuts to make it more interesting. Newspaper printing is trending in the craft world.
