These gloves are well made and VERY soft. I love the feel and quality of the stitching and lining. However, leather is not intended for intensive use. The skin is thin and I can already see the wear on my fingertips from just one season of regular winter activities (digging a shovel, walking the dog, etc.). They should be considered warm gloves and worn with care. Use stiffer/thicker gloves for winter work.

Bought for my boyfriend for Christmas - he loves the fit and the softness of the leather. It was warm too. Overall a great purchase.
