I had to replace another towel rail that a guest was leaning on and it broke. The old towel rail was a special size and was no longer used. This pole can be cut to the size I need and placed over the holes left by the previous installation. In addition, it is an attractive, strong appearance and a relatively good price.

My old towle bar was a custom size 21" that broke after 14 years of service. I looked everywhere for this size so I didn't have to drill more holes in the wall I'm glad I found this at Revain. Used existing screw holes, was set up in less than 5 minutes with a simple screwdriver. It fits well and is solid.

Towel rail works great as advertised. I used this towel rail (2 pack) for two reasons. 1. One of my old ones broke. 2. They were a custom length, now they're gone. I love this adjustable towel rail. I had ugly build quality porcelain clasps with a plastic bar. I needed an attractive, adjustable towel rail so I didn't have to putty the original holes. This towel dryer has served its purpose. I was able to screw in the round brackets with the original holes (hooray!). I bought this product because when I fit a towel rail it fits into the cleats and this allows the bar to expand/contract to the right size . Very suitable for small bathrooms with non-standard shelf spacing. I don't waste time with ineffective wall anchors. So if you are planning to install in studs, save yourself a lot of hassle and hassle and go to a big store and buy some real bolts.
