I was recommended by a friend - I'm glad I followed the recommendation. They are beautiful and appear to be a quality product. I use them in an 18x18 pillowcase. I could have ordered a smaller pillow but I wanted it to be very thick in a cover. I've read a lot of reviews but I figured if they weren't terribly fluffy they would still suit my needs but when they arrived and I unwrapped them I was amazed! They were shipped crushed and the air removed from the packaging so it's impossible to tell what condition they will be in. The moment I cut the plastic, they immediately bulged. I bought two packs of 2 pillows 24x24 inches. I am happy to report that there have been no issues with protruding springs. I kept reading to get one size per pillow or one size smaller per pillowcase to get a nicely filled pillow. I didn't do it on purpose. I wanted free stuffing that I could. Hm.
