Good quality! best in irons and steamers

Have had the 87mm throttle body for about a week and still no problems. I had to tighten them quite tightly to seal the muff but they seem to be of good quality and I'm impressed.

Pros
  • Band width: 19mm
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Replace the clamps one last time.

Whatever size you require, these are by far the best hose clamps on the market. Made of stainless steel with nylon lock nut. Wish the threads were longer, some hoses need a little compression, that's only 1% of the time.

Pros
  • Clamp Working Range: 108-116mm (4.25-4.57")
Cons
  • No Paint Required

good fit, nut sits on round flange

fits perfectly and the nut sits on the round flange. This is important as many eBay clamps or pre-packaged universal intercooler kits have a hex stop that the nut sits on and when tightened with a ratchet wrench it can slip off the nut onto the hex stop and then the wrench between the teeth lock. and then I can't remove the key from the nut nor flip the toggle on the key because it's caught between two teeth. You may not quite understand this description of a common problem with cheap clamps…

Cons
  • Appearance

Before you buy, convert millimeters to inches!

I hate being the guy who rates something 1 star just because the description is wrong, but that's really the only way someone sees it so they don't ordered the wrong clamp. I bought 2 of these to fit between my intercooler and the top air intake which is 4" so I ordered clamps that say they are for a 4" hose. And they are too big. 108mm - 116mm actually converts to 4.25" - 4.5", not 4". So unless you're using fairly thick tubing, this won't work. 4" is 101.6mm, so you have to order a 95-103mm…
