Works best on aluminum with straight, twist and trim bits

I use them on aluminum projects with long cutting times without active cooling and work 8-10 hours at a time. I feel they need to be replaced in the 15-20 hour range but considering how much I abuse them and the price I think this is a great achievement.

Pros
  • Milling Bits and Accessories
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Pleasantly surprised. Great Price

I was pleasantly surprised by these nozzles. Used them to CNC cut Burmese Teak and Honduran Mahogany 1 inch thick. The cuts are very clean and the chip ejection was excellent. I only bought them because of the price and figured if they were bad I would only lose $14. and a little more.

Pros
  • Straight, Spiral & Cut Nozzles
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Not suitable for Aluminum

I bought these bits hoping they would be better than the uncoated version of these bits from the same company but they turned out to be a lot worse. I cut them very carefully at 300mm/min and 0.5mm ID depth, but they broke after a few minutes. Here are other bits from the same company that are better for cutting aluminum alloy: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F35WQYG/ref=crt_ewc_title_oth_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=AAN5GO04HMO72

Pros
  • Spiral
Cons
  • Something else
