Fits and looks great on the 2012 Ford Escape.

Looks really cool on my Escape. I'm wondering if a plastic strap is needed, I just forgot about it, although I didn't see it on the bag until everything was ready.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Minor issues

They fit perfectly and look like they came from the factory

This is when you get what you pay for. They fit great and look like they came from the factory. I only did the front (FWD) ones but now that I've seen them I'll order a rear set. They are much easier to mount if you mount a tire on the Escape.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Damaged

Superior Fender

Strong, Tough, Easy to Install, Perfect Fit. The holes for the front fenders have been pre-drilled to perfectly match the existing brackets on the vehicle. The rear needed drilling, but into the plastic bumper cover. No drilling into the metal edges of the fenders or the like, so no chance for rust. Very satisfied.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty
Cons
  • Large and Bulky

Perfect for fenders and fenders

I buy front and rear to escape and love the look. They fit perfectly and were easy to assemble. You have to remove the rear tires to install the rear guard, but it's still a very quick install. The front wheels can be turned for easy installation of the front protection. The material seems very durable and I think they will stand the test of time. I recommend anyone with an escape to get them!

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • No performance

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS and remove the rear wheels!

Now for the rear fenders. It's a shame I didn't listen to my gut and took the tires off. It would be so much easier. Do yourself a favor and take off your tires! UNLESS you have an angle drill/screwdriver. Giving less than five stars would be unfair, I didn't follow the instructions. They were installed on a 2012 Ford Escape Limited AWD with 16" wheels without integrated footpegs.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Expensive

Great product - more complex setup than I expected.

I ordered both front and real guards. The front ones used two of the three existing screw holes, and the third was a plastic bracket that I was about to drill out and replace with a new screw and sheet metal washer. and I just didn't want to risk it so I took my Escape to a local truck customization shop and they were more than happy to fit it for $35. It's worth it. The fenders themselves look great and help keep the sides of the truck clean and prevent mud from getting on the footpegs. I wish

Much better than the OEM front fenders.

To be honest I wish I had bought these instead of the original fenders. I broke one of the original OEM fenders in half while taking our 2009 Ford Escape Limited on a light off-road adventure in December. I screwed the factory valve together, ordered it and installed it in the spring. For $36 I was impressed with the quality and how perfectly they fit our 2009 Ford Escape. When I removed the defective OEM valve I noticed to my dismay that it was rubbing against the paint and had a light stain…

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others
