It's in another language

It's in another language, I can't even read! And he was approached in August, why? I thought it was brand new, never used!

Worked great for a while but then kept getting formatting/corruption errors

It worked fine for a while and the transfer speed was amazing but then it kept throwing a file corruption error and telling me that it needs to be reformatted. Well I made a backup and reformatted it and then a few weeks later it gave me the error again. I don't have this problem with my Toshiba external hard drive. Also note that this will not work as an Xbox One hard drive. After a second reformat I decided to try it and it didn't work.

Greta customer service / great for xbox one

the first one sent to me screwed up but i had a replacement the next day. Amazing customer service and fast delivery! Easily formatted in Xbox One and takes up minimal space. I thought I was concerned about how hot it is, but it's really hard.

Doesn't work at all

Doesn't format. Half the time Windows 7 doesn't recognize it. Once managed to format it to NTFS file system via Disk Management. Still can't copy files to it. It just expires after 1 hour of trying to copy files. Other removable drives and USB hard drives work with this computer, so there is definitely a problem with this USB hard drive.

Constantly disconnecting

I bought this to make daily backups on my computer. I don't know if it's a problem with my computer or the drive. I just bought my computer in November so I'm hoping there isn't a problem with the USB ports on my computer (I tried different ports to see if it would make a difference and it doesn't). I put my computer in sleep mode overnight. When I wake it up from sleep the next day, no external hard drive is connected. I have to unplug it and plug it back into the USB port and then it works…

This is a good value item and appears to work well. However, next time I would spend a little more money and get more storage space. You can use 35 GB memory cards for ? get, not much. 60 gigabytes is not much for an external box. However, it seems to work well and it's a really good value product. So, good to you.
