Was able to read the details behind the service messages (more than a regular cheap scanner)

I have an old 2000 suburban. I was able to read the details of the "Service Ride Control" error in the message center. Note: I had to go to the chassis area to get Service Ride Control messages. I found the button interface to be quite easy to use compared to the cheap touchscreen I've used on other devices. I have to manually select the vehicle each time, but once you know/remember the letter in the 5th digit of your VIN, it's quick. I suspect it's the age of my car, not the device.

Finally there is no longer a dealer for all the stupid modules!

This is the computer we've all been waiting for. GM has many modules. But the only module you couldn't hit before was the Air Ride. You had to take it to the dealer and pay for the code there. Contrary to popular belief, the air attraction is cool, easy to fix, and you'd be crazy to rebuild it. This computer is working like a champ when I received a terrible message on the dashboard. He pulled out the codes, it was the sensors, all replaced with an Arnott N/C that I used to upgrade my craft on…

Useful for some things but not what I need (2008 Chevrolet Uplander SRS)

It's not difficult to use or read. Easy viewing of data. However, it appears that my 2008 Uplander minivan does not support SRS/Airbag which is one of two reasons I bought it so I may be returning it soon. After several attempts to disconnect and reconnect using the mini-USB to USB data cable (an old camera cable that I luckily still had, NOT a standard micro-USB phone jack), I was able to successfully update the i900. I don't understand why people give bad reviews for this product. In a way, of course. Why ? Because this product is for GM trucks ONLY! This is a scanner that many people have complained about and one had a Honda and many more. You're distracted because you thought it was the same. OH NO !
