Didn't work on 2004 Cayenne

I think this V3 is still under development, none of the features worked and had to be brought back. Updated software and still limited access to features. I should have bought V2

Didn't work for 2019+ Cayenne

Purchased on recommendation from iCarsoft to reset the oil and service indicator on a 2019 Porsche Cayenne (base model). It's not like this. I emailed tech support a few times - very responsive initially but still no success after a few emails, after which they stopped responding. I had to go back. Simple use just isn't compatible with my machine as of April 2021.

Great tool for 911 DIYers

I have used this on my 2019 991.2 Porsche 911 with great results. So far I've used it to reset the service interval, turn off the faulty airbag warning (it happened when I removed my seats) and fully flush the ABS braking system. It's value for money and I would recommend it to any DIY enthusiast who owns a Porsche 911. It also seems like they update the software regularly.

The ad text says the oil gauge will be reset for the 2019 Cayenne, but it won't.

At least two other users have written reviews about it, but I was hoping they had a software update to ensure this feature would live up to their Revain advertising claim. But that didn't happen. I also wrote to their tech support and opened a ticket explaining my problem and asking for an update or workaround but they never responded. A reader was able to identify my car as a 2019 Cayenne and found the VIN in the ECU. But I tried all the advertised features and all but the steering wheel angle

Not compatible with 2019 Porsche Cayenne

Before purchasing this item I asked the manufacturer if it was compatible with the 2019 Porsche Cayenne. They replied that it is now updated and compatible and sent me a link to buy it from Revain, which I did. Upon receipt I immediately followed all installation instructions and attempted to reset the oil service message on a 2019 Porsche Cayenne but received an error message stating "this feature is not supported for this vehicle". The device correctly recognizes the vehicle based on theโ€ฆ
