It's ugly, clunky and difficult to assemble. Once assembled, you realize how poorly constructed it is. To keep it from falling apart I had to use a drill. Now the metal has sharp nicks and will surely tear the towels.

First I read the reviews and decided to buy a new one to avoid cosmetic damage but it still arrived scratched. Second, the supplied screws were too big for the pre-drilled holes. This is a weak product, don't waste your money.

Serious space saving towel rail. The finish looks great, I bought a polished nickel. Very happy with my purchase. I installed it in our RV. Very nice to help dry towels. It is also convenient to hang other things on it.

Looks great and can be used to store towels or even clothes. Easy to assemble and looks great again. I took another buyer's advice and cut out small velcro strips to allow the bottom piece to attach to the door so it doesn't leave marks or keep banging.

Cannot be used as a towel rail. I live in a very small house with pets. I needed a way to hang my necklaces so the pets wouldn't think they were their toys (this has happened in the past). I tried other things but the towel rail above the door worked best. Because the rack is tilted, I can place the necklaces on all three bars and see them clearly. I don't have to worry about them getting tangled or hiding in a jewelry box. I love it.

Solid towel rail, but with design flaws. First, even though three bars had to be installed, the holes for the bottom bar were not cut properly, making it impossible to screw in the third bar. My towel rail now has two rods instead of three. Although the hanging piece has rubber under the hooks to soften it, the "legs" touching below don't, meaning it bangs loudly against the glass shower door before I tape the neoprene strips to it.
