Ikon X3 Bulldog Handle Slant Head Razor Review

Last week I bought an ikon x3 Slant Bulldog Tilt Handle from Revain.com. I found a rust on the bottom of my plate. So I asked to have my record replaced. But tIkon's customer service manager responded with a bang. "This part is aluminum and cannot rust, what you have is a very slight discoloration and will not affect the use of the product in any way." Alienation? When I rubbed this part I found it was a dent. Too Soft for Me! I was hoping that this razor would be at least moderately aggressive. Three passes of this razor and not even close to a clean shave on a kid's butt! Reminds me of Feather D2. All different! Looks good! Just not for me.

My current favorite icon. Very close shave with super crystal blades. Somehow as close as OSS, but as simple as 101 heads. When tightening the head, simply press down on the blade with your thumbnail so the blade is in the center.

Edit - I've upgraded it to 4 stars now. An extra star because the seller communicated well with me and offered a refund if I wasn't satisfied, and another star because I found a way to really make the razor work for me. It still has a lot of play but when I move the blade all the way to the side and use it for passes of this shave it becomes more efficient and aggressive and works quite well. Then I detach the top and slide the blade out so it sticks out further on the other side and use that…
