This was exactly the type of rack we wanted to use as the cast iron pot rack in our kitchen. It worked great but was shorter than we needed so we bought longer 24" bars and used them in place of the 20" bars that came with the kit. After that, our project worked great. I wish they had longer stems for more versatile projects!

The first one had to be returned due to numerous scratches and chips on the paintwork. They quickly sent another one but the second one was almost the same just a little less chipping on the paint. I will not be returning it, just repainting it myself to complete my bathroom project. The shipper must consider another packaging method. It looks like the metal parts are hitting each other during transport.

This towel rail is very easy to assemble. I didn't even have to look at a manual. It's quite attractive and matches the toilet paper holder I bought previously. I like that the accessories are included. Seems very strong. Just a note, and it's small - in keeping with the rustic pipe theme, I'd like it not to look so shiny. The dull look of used pipes would be better. Overall I love it though.

This product is as advertised. It's black, measures as they say and appears to be of good quality. The hooks fit snugly on the handlebars, but I like that as they don't accidentally fall off for no reason. I am making a bow/bandage organizer for my daughter. The picture provided does not have the rod installed as I need shorter screws for my project. Hands down, great customer service.
